Job Description:

WE are looking for Senior Application Architect will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance B2B SaaS platforms. This individual will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of cloud-based applications, ensuring that all components and services are aligned with the latest industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture, application development, ETL/ELT processes, and cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture Design Development:

• Lead the architecture and design of complex, large-scale B2B SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements and solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in application development, cloud computing, and data management.

2. Cloud Architecture:

• Design and implement cloud solutions on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, Lambda, S3, redshift and others.
• Ensure cloud solutions are cost-effective, secure, and scalable, aligned with AWS best practices.
• Develop cloud-native applications and ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.

3. Application Development:

• Oversee the development of software solutions using technologies such as React JS, Python, and other modern frameworks.
• Lead and mentor teams in application development best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient data flow across systems.

4. Data Technologies:

• Architect and design databases using SQL, MSSQL, and NoSQL technologies for optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and implement data models for structured and unstructured data across various platforms.
• Ensure robust data security and compliance within database solutions.

5. Integration and Automation:

• Leverage iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) for seamless integration between applications and third-party systems.
• Develop solutions to automate workflows and enhance system interoperability.

6. AI Machine Learning:

• Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions to drive product innovation and business value.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to bring AI-powered features into the platform.

7. Information Security:

• Ensure that applications and infrastructure meet the highest standards of security, in line with industry regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with security teams to incorporate security best practices, including encryption, secure coding, and vulnerability management.

8. Leadership Collaboration:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 14 years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 8 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing B2B SaaS platforms.
• In-depth experience with AWS cloud services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred).
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, including React JS, Python, and others.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, MSSQL, and NoSQL), and expertise in data modeling.
• Expertise in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS and cloud integration tools.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, with practical experience in implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of information security best practices and experience ensuring compliance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies, AWS, and architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
• Experience in building and deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Should be able to work from Mysore OR Bangalore location
