Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver advanced engineering training programs (online/classroom-based /simulator-based) for seafarers maritime professionals.
2. Facilitate hands-on training with real-world case studies.
3. Mentor guide trainees, ensuring they meet industry standards.
4. Developing training materials curriculum improvements.
5. Ensure compliance with international maritime industry regulations in all training programs.

Qualifications:
1. Chief Engineer COC (Class 1) - Mandatory.
2. Prior experience in SIRE, RightShip inspections sailing on tankers.
3. Prior experience in maritime training or mentoring is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office AI tools.
5. Based in Mumbai or ready to relocate.

Preferred Skills:
1. Strong public speaking training delivery skills.
2. Familiarity with e-learning tools digital LMS training platforms.
