Urgent Hiring: E-Learning Content Developer (2+ Years Experience)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
CTC: 30,000 40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and skilled E-Learning Content Developer to join our training division and help us craft engaging, high-quality eLearning modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, video editing capabilities, and a solid command over instructional content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design eLearning content for professional training programs
- Edit videos and sync with voiceovers (manual and AI-generated)
- Use motion graphics and animation to create visually engaging training modules
- Comprehend technical content and transform it into easy-to-understand visual learning
- Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to structure content logically and effectively
- Ensure consistency in design, tone, and quality across all learning assets
Skills Requirements:
- Strong understanding of design principles and learner engagement techniques
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Ability to generate and fine-tune AI voiceovers
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Camtasia is a plus
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to understand training content and structure it into effective eLearning formats
- Strong time management and the ability to deliver quality work on deadlines
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working on SCORM-compliant content
- Knowledge of LMS platforms or eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
