Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to join our team at ISDC. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the education sector.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a talent pipeline.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding processes.

Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute engagement programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR to drive internal communication and employer branding.
• Support learning & development initiatives and employee recognition programs.
