Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with ESCOMs and government agencies.
• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ESCOM officials and government stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, government policies, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (preferred); MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development, specifically with ESCOMs or other government institutions handling electrical tenders.
• Established strong connections with ESCOM officials.
• Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
