In this role, youll be responsible for leading Sales efforts for IML and meeting the sales targets. You will also be responsible for leading the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, training, providing feedback, and managing.
What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
3-5 years of Sales Team Management experience with a proven track record of owning individual and team targets.
Experience in setting up and using CRM tools.
Sales training and team management skills to increase efficiency, and keep motivation high of the Sales Team.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in an early-stage ed-tech startup is a big plus.
An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, management skills, a high level of ownership, and leadership skills.
Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
Ed-Tech Candidates will be a plus
Some of the Specific Role Functions:
Understanding customer needs and requirements and preparing sales strategies to meet those needs.
Sales Team Management - Hiring, training, onboarding, and managing the sales team.
Continuously provide regular feedback, keep the team accountable, and improve sales skills of the team.
Implement sales strategies to increase the efficiency and performance of the sales team.
Identify customers buying trends, and product feedback and provide reports to management and product department to improve the product.
Set and create a plan to achieve quarterly/monthly targets and lead efforts to achieving it.
Daily update and adherence to CRM.
Be the brand ambassador of IML in all official and unofficial events.
Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and drive sales conversions.
Ensure CRM adherence by managing leads effectively on LeadSquared.
Actively contribute to building and strengthening the sales team by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.
Work towards achieving sales targets, with a performance-based incentive structure.
Conduct inside sales through inbound and outbound calls.
Well-versed with Google Sheets.
