Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. OEM Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EV manufacturers to promote and integrate charging solutions into their sales and distribution channels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, addressing their needs and concerns.

2. Strategic Partnership Development:

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with OEMs for bundled EV and charger solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives.

3. Sales and Commissioning Coordination:

• Drive sales of EV chargers by positioning them as an essential component of EV ownership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless commissioning and deployment of chargers at OEM-recommended locations.

4. Market Insights and Strategy:

• Analyze market trends and OEM strategies to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services based on OEM and customer needs.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the product, operations, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for OEM partners.
• Ensure alignment between the companys goals and OEM objectives to maximize mutual benefits.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics related to OEM collaborations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on partnership outcomes and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, preferably in the EV, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, particularly OEM sales and distribution networks.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
• Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for OEM engagement and business development.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
