Assistant Manager - Treasury

Role & responsibilities

This role is responsible to manage fruitful relationship with the potential investor/Financial institution by deploying a robust stakeholder management mechanism. Also, the role manages the task related to corporate profile management and other credit rating.

Capital Management

• Debt Fund raising (fund based and non-fund based debt) for the Company
• Approaching banks, negotiating term-sheets, finalizing loan documents, security creation, ensuring disbursements etc.
• Managing lender relationships post disbursement (incl. ensuring compliance with various provisions of loan agreements)
• Managing TRA account

Corporate Profile management

• Working with the credit rating agencies for securing and updating credit rating (incl. annual reviews)
• Preparing the company for next level of growth by constant focus on system improvement

MIS

• Support and lead in preparing MIS on timely basis on various business parameters to all stake holders.
• Improving the reporting and adding value to the business.
• Focus on numbers, variance analysis and management reports for different stakeholders.
• Preparation of Budget v Actual, Investor/Banks Data, Query Resolution to investors/banks
