Job Purpose: To lead the planning, execution, and optimization of urea production projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Oversee the execution of debottlenecking projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in debottlenecking activities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., senior management, operations, maintenance) and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, consultants) to ensure alignment and support for debottlenecking initiatives.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders regularly.
Prepare and manage the budget for debottlenecking projects, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Monitor expenditures, control costs, and report financial performance to senior management.
