Job Purpose: To plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and renewable energy initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Manage the installation, commissioning, and integration of solar power systems with the plant’s electrical infrastructure.
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in turnaround maintenance and solar projects.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members.
Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Prepare and manage budgets for turnaround maintenance and solar projects, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Monitor expenditures, control costs, and report financial performance to senior management.
