Urgent requirement candidate who has prior working experience in Accounts Payable and have managed Emails of the clients and who can join immediately to 30 days only can send the profiles.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

As an AP Support Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely support to our clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding Accounts Payable processes.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues related to payments, invoices, and vendor inquiries.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first-line support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding AP-related queries, issues, and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Payment Discrepancies, Invoice Discrepancies, and Vendor Inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex AP issues and ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in AP operations.

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position, with a strong understanding of AP processes, invoice processing, and payment systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience using AP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality service.
  • Should be flexible for night shift.
