About Us:

IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering drone manufacturing company established in 2017, headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana. We specialize in designing and developing a wide range of DGCA-approved autonomous drones, primarily focusing on Agriculture, Logistics, and Defense. As we continue to expand our horizons, we are venturing into spare parts sales at a PAN India and export level, as well as entering the domains of delivery drones and defense drones.


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager for the Madhya Pradesh region to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the agri-equipment industry and a proven track record in sales management. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the region, focusing on agri-equipment and drone technology.

- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base by building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture sector.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the senior management team.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the agri-equipment industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural market in Madhya Pradesh.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel extensively within the region.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Experience in selling advanced technological solutions, such as drones, will be an added advantage.
