Job Description
- Program management and implementation in accordance with the mission and vision of the organization.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with the National Health Mission (NHM) and other state and district level officials.
- Assist State Program Managers (SPMs) and Senior SPMs in developing advocacy framework and support them in state level meetings with stakeholders for decision-making.
- Develop and support regional level capacity building and IEC (Information, Education and Communication) implementation plans, and assess their effectiveness.
- Support research, and M&E teams for implementing activities in the region.
- Analyse Kilkari and Mobile Academy data and present findings.
- Conduct program reviews with internal teams and support them in developing monthly/ quarterly plans.
- Produce accurate and timely reports throughout the program lifecycle.
- Implement and manage interventions ensuring that the program goals are achieved.
- Analyse program risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop annual plans for the assigned states. Review plans monthly/quarterly and submit detailed report to Program Director and the National team.
- Master s in Public Health or Degree in Social Sciences from a reputed Institute preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience of working in the social sector and at least 3 years experience working at state/regional level.
- Experience in developing implementation plans, advocacy and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, SPSS and social media platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret data/documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
