AVP/Senior Director - GTM (Go-To-Market), Business & Content Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Marketing, and Content Marketing strategy. This role is critical in driving growth, positioning iOPEX as a market leader, and enabling revenue acceleration through insight-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities, and experience within the IT services industry.

Location-Bengaluru(Cessna Business Park)

Notice Period-Immediate-60 days

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Execution: o Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for iOPEXs products, solutions, and services.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and demand generation strategies to drive growth.
• Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support revenue generation, brand visibility, and demand creation.
• Develop strategic messaging and positioning to establish iOPEXs unique value proposition.
• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise clients, nurturing relationships to accelerate the sales cycle
• Enable Sales teams with tools, playbooks, and insights to drive market engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to create impactful sales collateral, battle cards, and solution briefs.
• Align marketing activities with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
