  1. Develop and execute strategies to generate sales pipelines and drive revenue growth for the DMMS team.
  2. Identify new growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets through research, networking, and strategic planning.
  3. Build and nurture a robust network of industry contacts to facilitate business expansion.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong and enduring client relationships.
  5. Drive organic growth within existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and delivering tailored solutions.
  7. Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify their pain points and business needs.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to design and present compelling pre-sales proposals and solutions.
  9. Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with client objectives.
  10. Oversee smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
  11. Develop and monitor customer success metrics to measure and improve performance.
  12. Proactively address client concerns to enhance retention and foster long-term partnerships.

Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
