Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute client servicing strategies aligned with business goals in collaboration with the Founders. Oversee team leaders, ensuring effective execution and growth.
Business Growth & Client Satisfaction: Lead high-level client engagements, driving satisfaction and organic growth. Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies, oversee client financial performance, and ensure long-term partnerships.
Team Management & Development: Mentor and empower a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Oversee talent acquisition, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
Collaboration & Communication: Act as the key liaison between client servicing and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.
Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify and address client challenges proactively, driving creative solutions and mitigating risks. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Digital Marketing client management and leadership. Strong understanding of business, marketing, and client needs. Proven ability to achieve financial targets, retain clients, and grow accounts. Visionary leadership with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
