Job Description

The ideal candidate would be working with our marketing and business development team. The Business Development Associate (B2B) will play a key role in driving our growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives. This role involves managing outbound sales efforts, coordinating marketing campaigns, and enhancing our digital outreach. You will be instrumental in establishing meaningful client connections across multiple platforms, especially through LinkedIn and other professional networks. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence, driving engagement, and supporting the overall success of our B2B business development and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities


Sales


  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential client segments.
  • Identify and qualify prospects to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Drive outbound sales activities by following up with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Monitor the performance of ongoing sales campaigns and provide insights to optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure efficient reporting and tracking.

Marketing


  • Create and schedule engaging posts on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage InvnTrees digital engagement initiatives, including podcasts, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring high participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and identify areas for improvement in online engagement.
  • Stay updated with trends in B2B digital marketing and suggest innovative ideas to enhance client engagement and brand awareness.


Qualifications & Skills


  • A Masters degree in Sales and Marketing (MBA) is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records and a keen interest in business development and marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for client engagement and outreach.
  • A proactive attitude, with a passion for building B2B relationships and contributing to business growth.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to draw meaningful insights and improve strategies.
