As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll :
Develop and Implement Strategies:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies to promote offerings and drive targeted traffic.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance through innovative approaches and - optimization techniques.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Execute and optimise Facebook and Google ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and budget.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Data Analysis and Strategy Refinement:
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to continually refine strategies for improved performance and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate performance marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
Trend Monitoring and Best Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially concerning social media platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing on various ad components to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
Budget Management and Reporting:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Forecast budget requirements and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards and platform policies.
To win, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or edtech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies in the USA is a significant advantage.
