Human Resource Recruiter ,

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist our Recruitment team in various tasks related to the hiring process. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations, allowing you to build skills in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various job boards and career sites.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

Conducting telephonic round from the sourced candidates to align them for face to face meeting.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Salary negotiation and documentation of selected candidates.

Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist in managing the hiring pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.

Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as preparing recruitment reports and tracking recruitment metrics.

Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing welcome packages and scheduling orientations.

Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events (job fairs, campus recruitment, etc.).

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

Minimum BBA BMS and MBA HR

Skills & Competencies :

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for recruitment purposes is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary will be Negotiable from your current salary.
