This is an exciting, hands-on role to help build our employee value proposition in a competitive market, as well playing a key role in creating a local internal communications strategy that blends meeting local needs with driving global Group alignment and connectivity. Youll work directly with our vibrant new leadership team on the ground, as well as collaborating with colleagues across the globe remotely. Responsible for
Creating and delivering internal communications plans that enable our people to feel informed, engaged and aligned to the business strategy.
Managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including stakeholder management, communications planning, content and delivery through channels such as email, video, newsletters, intranet content and staff town halls.
Providing thought leadership and a view on external thinking
Measuring the outcomes of internal communications initiatives against quantitative and qualitative targets and budgets, identifying key measures of success, and adapting in line with outcomes.
An active and inclusive member of the team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Working closely with the broader marketing team to ensure internal and external communications are aligned, as well as driving alignment within the broader Investec Group to consolidate and streamline activity.
Assist in creating and maintaining a strong employer brand presence in India on social media platforms and recruitment channels.
Develop content that showcases our culture, values, and employee experiences to attract top talent.
Support recruitment efforts by creating compelling job postings and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications and employer branding.
Core skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate progressive experience in internal communications and social media within a global or large company (5 years+ experience preferred, with an emphasis on internal comms)
Have excellent business partnering skills to work closely with senior leadership to create action plans, instil and maintain momentum, and create consistency of focus to ensure engagement activity supports the broader business strategy
Be an excellent writer, with the ability to compose a variety of communications and styles
Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Be flexible and agile, constantly finding the best ways to balance priorities and forge ahead
Be keen to test outcomes through quantitative and qualitative methods, and ready to anticipate new routes and adapt accordingly

It would be advantageous to have experience in Dotdigital or a similar email management platform. Experience with social media, employee experience, employer branding, or recruitment welcome
