Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner & Recruitment Specialist
Job Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner & Recruitment Specialist is a hybrid role that combines strategic HR business partnering with a significant focus on recruitment activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals while also leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on recruitment expertise.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering (40%):
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall strategic plan.
Identify HR opportunities to support business growth and improvement.
Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Recruitment (60%):
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
Support the design and delivery of onboarding and orientation programs.
Contribute to talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and relationship-building.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate with the Learning and Development team.
Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on recruitment activities.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
This dual-role position requires versatility and the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic HR business partnering and recruitment responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
