Support Development, implementation and optimization processes that support Hempels people performance and engagement goals, which ultimately will help Hempel succeed with it business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PC to ensure that performance and engagement aligns with PC processes. This includes to support design, implementation and adoption, governance, annual execution and continuous improvement
Key tasks:
Performance management:
Co-develop and optimize Hempels People Performance Process which includes drive goal setting, year-end review, continuous feedback (mid-year) and performance improvement.
Provide training to managers and people partners on performance management process in Hempel
Partnering with people partners and HRIS to ensure that process steps and workday solution is clear and aligned with organizational needs
Continuously evaluate and strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Hempels people performance process
Engagement :
Support the design and drive the implementation of Hempels new engagement survey, and process.
In collaboration with analytics team, analyze engagement data to identify trends, areas of improvement and the effectiveness of engagement approach
Provide training to managers and people partners on people engagement and survey best practice
Partnering with people partners and HRIS to ensure that process and survey solution is clear, executed and aligned with organizational engagement goals
Overall:
Serve as a specialist on performance and engagement processes in Hempel.
Provide guidance and support to people partners and managers on performance and engagement.
Work closely with other COEs such as Talent, Development and Rewards to ensure concept and process fully supports other PC and business processes
Track process adoption and identify actions / initiatives to ensure sustained adoption and changed behaviors
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Relevant academic degree at Master level
Experience with performance management and/or people engagement
Experience from driving global PC processes in other global organisations, involving activities related to effective adoption and execution
