Job Description

As a People Capability Lead , you will play a strategic role in nurturing talent development, enhancing team performance, and building a culture of continuous learning at YourNest. You will ensure that our capability-building initiatives align with our investment strategy while driving programs that empower individuals to excel.

This role is created in nurturing a high-performance workforce and positioning YourNest as a leader in talent development within the industry.
 
Your first 12-18 months will focus on:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with our belief of nurturing success.
  • Creating and rolling out of talent development programs
  • Implementation of culture-building initiatives that result in strengthened internal alignment with core values.
  • Measurable improvement in organisational productivity and performance.
  • Enhanced knowledge-sharing practices and frameworks introduced to support portfolio companies.
  • Establishment of robust channels for feedback and continuous improvement, fostering an environment of trust and growth.

What will you be responsible for

Culture Stewardship:
  • Nurture and evolve the company s culture to support a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
  • Develop initiatives that align with YourNest s core values and encourage continuous improvement and employee engagement, fostering an environment where success is cultivated.
Talent Management:
  • Implement and refine performance management processes to ensure ongoing professional growth and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs and talent development strategies that foster future leaders who contribute to success within YourNest and across portfolio companies.
Organisational Performance:
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute organisational strategies that enhance team effectiveness and productivity, ensuring that our vision and culture permeate through every initiative.
  • Drive initiatives that measure and boost workforce productivity, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend improvements that align with our nurturing ethos.
Consultative Role for Portfolio Companies:
  • Provide advisory services and tailored talent solutions to portfolio companies as needed, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and YourNest s overarching goals of nurturing success.
  • Share insights and frameworks that have proven successful within YourNest to support growth across the wider network.
