Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Provide direct support to the founders in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives. Assist in researching, preparing, and executing key projects and business decisions.
Project Management: Manage and oversee ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned with company goals.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between the founders and various teams (marketing, operations, HR, finance, etc.), ensuring that key messages are conveyed and actions are taken.
Scheduling Coordination: Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure the founderstime is utilized effectively.
Document Preparation Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Internal External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, partners, and other C-suite executives.
Confidentiality Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, acting as a trusted advisor to the founders.
Problem-Solving Decision-Making: Act as a problem solver and support the founders in making informed decisions quickly and effectively, often with limited information.
Research Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and other data-driven tasks to provide valuable insights and support business strategy.
Event Planning Travel Coordination: Organize travel, events, and speaking engagements for the founders, ensuring smooth execution.
