Sr Sailpoint IIQ Engineer, IAM

A SailPoint IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer/Administrator is responsible for implementing and maintaining the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform within an organization. Responsibilities:SailPoint Implementation: Install, configure, and customize the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to meet the organization's identity and access management requirements.

Identity Governance: Design and implement identity governance strategies and workflows to manage user identities, roles, and access rights across various systems and applications.

Access Management: Develop and maintain access control policies and processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege access principles.

Integration and Automation: Integrate SailPoint with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud platforms, to automate user provisioning, data synchronization, and access certification processes.

Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and controls to protect user identities and sensitive data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to resolve problems.

Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in implementing and administering the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, access controls, role management, and access certification.Familiarity with industry-standard IAM frameworks and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell.Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.Experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) and SQL queries.

Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
