Salesforce Solution Architect

Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in Education Cloud implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforces Educational Cloud Architecture. Experience with Salesforce Education Implementations is a must Salesforce Education Cloud Certified Manage and optimize Salesforce Orgs, custom objects, Apex triggers, and other Salesforce components. Ensure the system is configured to support the agencys academic and operational needs. Provide support and expertise in the integration and administration of DocuSign within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless document management processes. Work closely with the agency s IT and academic teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Provide guidance and best practices for utilizing Salesforces CRM/ERP capabilities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Provide training to end users and support staff as needed.
