Job Description
- Need Level IV and Level V candidate
- List of tasks to be performed: Manage the entire Scrum process for development team(s)
- Maintaining Scrum artifacts and Scrum Tool
- Takes projects from assignment to implementation
- Supports team s efforts in change management
- Recommends and takes action to improve processes
- Required Certifications, if any:Scrum Certification required
- The Scrum Master will heavily be using these skills: communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork
- Required Experience Level:Minimum of 3-5 years experience in software development preferred, Educational Requirements:A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred
- NOTE: If resource does not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
