Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their experience.
• Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Share product details, pricing, and delivery timelines with customers.
• Address escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure up-to-date customer profiles and order information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Experience in sales or upselling is an advantage.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while delivering excellent service.
