Job Description
Purpose of Role
As the Senior Manager, Learning (Student Futures), you are uniquely placed to support and collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues across schools, the Regional Team, and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team. Reporting to the Regional Director of Learning, you are critical to supporting the implementation and success of the ISP S student offerings in your region.

Key Responsibilities
Overarching Responsibilities
You are the main point of contact for Life Competencies and Future Pathways initiatives in the region. You contribute to the vision for Student Futures in your region promote learning and engagement within the school communities. - In collaboration with key stakeholders, you identify and gather examples of Amazing Learning in the region to identify and celebrate the success and promote the benefits of Student Futures Initiatives.
- You ensure consistency in the learning roadmap and destination data of the programmes being collected regionally.
Educational Qualifications:
- You have a postgraduate degree in a subject of choice.
- Project management certification or qualification in student development or career guidance programmes would be advantageous.
Experience and Skills:
- You have 10-15 years of overall experience, with at least five years in an educational setting managing student-focused programmes.
- You have a proven track record in collaborating with diverse teams, and external stakeholders to implement student-focused initiatives successfully.
- You are highly organised with the ability to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are digitally savvy and familiar with different edtech tools.
- You are a team player, with a proactive work ethic, and a problem-solving approach.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You have the experience of working in an international environment.
You consistently demonstrate and role-model the ISP Leadership Competencies in all that you do.
- Collaboration. Takes an active part in leading their school or region; is cooperative and a genuine team player, developing positive, supportive relationships with colleagues to solve problems and maximise opportunities.
