Production Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process,

ensuring efficient and safe operations while meeting production targets and quality

standards.

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to optimize

resource utilization and meet customer demands.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any

delays or unforeseen issues.

• Oversee all production activities, including raw material handling, formulation,

mixing, packaging, and storage.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good
• Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure

product consistency and compliance with quality standards.

• Manage packaging material inventory levels to ensure timely production and

minimize stockouts.

• Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate timely dispatch to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to

enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
