Senior Executive Production

Candidate should be able to Plan, Executive, Control and Monitor the Shop floor activity. Along with that he should have understanding of the Quality Management system. Ready to work in shifts

Candidate Profile*

Should have minimum 4 years experience in API Plant. He should have good communication skill, leadership quality, Positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, control, and monitor day-to-day activities on the production shop floor to ensure smooth operations. Supervise and coordinate production processes to meet quality and productivity targets. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Optimize resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, for efficient production. Monitor production schedules, workflows, and ensure adherence to timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly. Prepare and maintain production records, logs, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as required. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations. Ensure safety protocols and regulatory standards are followed during all production activities. Be flexible and ready to work in shifts, ensuring continuous production operations.
