Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. The Tele Marketing Executive will also be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively communicate and promote them to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Pitch and promote products and services to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system

Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele marketing or sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and present products and services to potential customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- BSc. Agri

- Fluency in Kannada language is a must
