We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our growing Pharma controllership team as Accounting Finance Manager for Asia.

Your Focus

As an Accounting Finance Manager based in Hyderabad, you are responsible for the financial management and legal entity reporting within your designated region. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations, compliance with regional accounting standards, and effective collaboration with outsourced finance accounting business service partners and the Global Controller.

The role is Hyderabad, India based and will report to Finance Controller for Asia region.

• Assist in overseeing financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, supporting the Regional Controller in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support the Regional Controller with Financial Planning and Analysis department needs on cost accruals and budgeting/forecasting.

• Support the maintenance of regional financial controls and procedures and assist in financial analyses and reporting for regional management.
• Act as a liaison between the regional finance team and outsourced finance accounting business service partners, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of outsourced activities.
• Assist in the providing of information to external auditors and support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Support the coordination of regional requirements with outsourced finance accounting business service partners, Tax, Treasury and others when required.

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to regional controllership functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting `tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in a multinational corporation and familiarity with the specific regions accounting and tax regulations are beneficial.
