Job Description: -

1. Handling the customer queries over chats

2. Resolving customer queries and concerns over time.

3. Assisting Customer if they are facing a problem.

4. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

Requirement: -

1. Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.

2.Excellent Chat handling and communication skills.

4. Retail chat support experience can add an advantage.

Other Information: -

1. Work from office

2. Work Location- Noida sector- 127

3. 5 Day working with 2 rotational week-off

4. Both side Cab
