Team Leader (Road Engineer) for Malawi Road Project

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be a holder of MSc Civil Engineering or related subject.
• 15 years relevant professional experience and registered with the Malawi Engineers Institute or any other internationally recognized Engineers Body.
• At least 3 assignments as a Team Leader in similar work in nature and magnitude.
• Experience in carrying out detailed feasibility studies for road or bridge projects.
• Experience in designing medium to large scale road or bridge projects.
• Experience in construction of small to medium scale dams or bridges.
• Experience in construction supervision of roads or bridges or Irrigation and water related infrastructure projects,
• Practical knowledge in integrated water resources planning and management with emphasis on climate change and resilience building.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
