Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Scope: Support payroll module end to end

Must have:
Experienced Payroll Functional Consultant with proficiency in Fast formulas.
Good communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications according to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM.
Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
