Title : Oracle HCM Practice Lead

Presales Support:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Articulate the value proposition of Oracle HCM solutions and services.

Solution Architecture:

• Define end-to-end HCM solutions based on Oracle EBS and Fusion modules.
• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client needs.

Technical Consulting:

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM modules, integration points, and customization options.
• Resolve complex technical issues and recommend optimal solutions.
• Assist with data migration, system configurations, and customization.

Module Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
• Configure, customize, and optimize modules to meet client requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements.

Implementation Leadership:

• Lead multiple end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction and support to project teams.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
• Understand client objectives and anticipate needs.
• Identify opportunities to add value through innovative solutions.

Knowledge Sharing and Training:

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training programs for clients and project teams.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, and tips for optimizing HCM implementations.
• Build expertise in Oracle HCM modules and technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to enhance the organization's HCM practice capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases and features.
