Oracle HCM Functional - Solution Architect (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent and ORC) /

(Payroll and OTL with Fast Formulas)

• Should have min. 10-12 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Must have an understanding of Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent and ORC or Payroll and OTL with Fast Formulas
• Should be very well versed with US legislation
• Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• Should have good communication skills.

Oracle HCM Technical - The Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for an organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, architecture, and technology stack.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration technologies.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are highly desirable
