Job Title : Senior UiPath Developer

As a Senior UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, integrate UiPath tools into existing systems, and ensure optimal performance of RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full lifecycle management of UiPath automation solutions from initiation to deployment.

- Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Apps and graphical extensions, integrating them into at least one project.

- Design and implement UiPath Tool Graphical Extensions to enhance automation solutions.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyse automation requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

- Ensure automation solutions align with business needs and comply with best practices.

- Create and maintain solution documentation.

- Support and troubleshoot deployed automation solutions to ensure seamless operations.

- Release management, scope management, and change management.

- Manage risk, resolve issues, and optimize automation workflows.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Requirements :

- 7-8 years of overall technical experience, with at least 5+ years in UiPath implementation.

- Hands-on experience in UiPath Apps and graphical extensions.

- Must have worked on at least one project integrating UiPath graphical extensions.

- Certified in UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred.

- Strong understanding of RPA, automation frameworks, and best practices.

- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and process design.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and other support help desk software.

- Experience in code maintenance, defect triage, and debugging.

- Proficiency in Agile methodology is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and clients.
