Job Brief:
Are you an experienced, results-oriented SEO leader ready to take a growing B2B
SaaS company to the forefront of search engine rankings? Here, you will own and
shape the SEO strategy, ensuring that our brand is discoverable, impactful, and
competitive in the data management space. If you thrive on delivering measurable
results, optimizing technical SEO, and staying ahead of industry trends, this role is for
you.

1. Strategic SEO Leadership:
•Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with
business goals and drives organic growth, including technical SEO, on-page
SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO (USA / EMEA).
•Conduct competitive SEO analysis, particularly against key (SEO) competitors
such as Informatica, Atlan, Collibra, Monte Carlo, AccelData, others to identify
gaps & opportunities.
•Drive demand generation through organic strategies while integrating with paid
initiatives to achieve marketing ROI goals.
2. Website Optimization & Technical SEO:
•Oversee the technical SEO optimization of the our website, including a
focus on the new website's development and performance.
•Perform regular SEO audits to ensure adherence to best practices for page
speed, mobile usability, site architecture, and structured data.
•Collaborate with the web development team to implement and monitor schema
markups, core web vitals, and other technical SEO enhancements.
3. Keyword Strategy & Content Optimization:
•Identify and prioritize high-impact keywords and topics relevant to the
DQ/DO/Metadata market to guide content creation efforts.
•Ensure SEO integration in all customer-facing content, from blogs and
whitepapers to landing pages and case studies.

• Work closely with the content and product marketing teams to ensure optimal
  search engine visibility for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  •Partner with marketing, sales, product, and development teams to align SEO
  efforts with broader marketing and GTM strategies.
  •Work with demand generation teams to integrate SEO-driven insights into paid
  campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  •Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually appealing, SEO-friendly
  designs for web pages and marketing assets.
  5. Analytics, Reporting, and Innovation:
  •Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as organic traffic,
  keyword rankings, conversions, and backlink quality.
  •Provide actionable insights based on data to improve rankings and traffic while
  demonstrating the ROI of SEO efforts.
  •Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, tools, and trends to
  maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
•10+ Years of Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and
implementing SEO strategies for B2B SaaS companies with measurable
outcomes in traffic, demand generation, and lead quality.
•Technical SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
schema markup, and other technical SEO requirements for modern websites.
•Competitive SEO Insights: Experience in benchmarking and analyzing
competitors in data management, such as Informatica, Atlan, and Collibra, to
uncover gaps and advantages.
•Performance Marketing Integration: Ability to integrate SEO insights with paid
strategies to maximize traffic and conversions.
•Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
•Content & Collaboration: Proven ability to work with content teams to optimize
TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content for search engines and target personas.
•Analytical Skills: Advanced capabilities in tracking and reporting SEO ROI and
KPIs.
•Educational Background: Masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a
related field, or equivalent industry experience.
•Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical
SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
