Job Title: Field Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Field Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently collect outstanding loan amounts from customers who have defaulted on their loans by visiting individual residence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the collections process.

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers who have defaulted on their loans and negotiate payment arrangements

- Provide excellent customer service while effectively communicating the consequences of non-payment and encouraging prompt repayment

- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during the collections process

- Meet assigned collection targets on regular basis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Bike & Driving License is Mandatory, as he need to travel from district to other district for the collection purpose

- Android Phone is a Mandatory, as he has to share all required details to his manager on daily basis

- Previous experience in collections or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in using software and Microsoft Office applications

- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in collections

Salary: CTC Per Annum (2,40.000 Lacs 3,00,000 Lacs)

• Attractive Incentive Payout on Collection basis.

Work Location Requirement:

We require Field Officer at Gujarat/Madhya Pradesh/ Chhattisgarh - at district level in mentioned states.
