Business Analyst in P&C Insurance domain with data analysis experience.
Will be driving end-to-end business solution development from design to delivery, solution integration, support operational incident and problem resolution and performance enhancements.
Experience: 8-12 years of hands on experience.
Location: Preferably Bangalore.
Skillsets:
- Develop business functional specifications, mapping documents and system design specifications.
- Support production incident and problem management and support production Go-Live activities.
- Collaborate with other teams in defining functionality, scope and timelines.
- Present and communicate ideas and design to various teams for review and brainstorming.
- Support development defect resolution and/or operational/production incident and problem solutions.
- Test critical scenarios required for delivery before User Acceptance.
- Requirements gathering experience on User interface & workflow systems is important.
- Analyze business data using SQL Queries.
- Domain experience in the insurance industry, Life & Health preferred.
- Experience working with teammates and customers in remote locations.
- Experience in change management process and tools.
- Basic understanding about SQL scripting for viewing and analyzing data.
- Experience with data modelling tools, relational databases such as Oracle, SQL server is a plus.
