Job Description:
The Manager Finance will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising initiatives and managing financial operations within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial modelling, and proven experience in managing lender and investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Fund Raising:
- Facilitate the process of equity and debt fundraising, including preparation of pitch decks, information memorandums, and communication with potential investors and lenders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and equity partners to identify and secure financing opportunities.
Financial Modelling:
- Create and maintain complex financial models for various real estate projects, enabling accurate forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations based on model outputs.
Lender Management:
- Manage relationships with lenders, ensuring effective communication and documentation during the loan application and negotiation processes.
- Monitor and track debt compliance and reporting requirements.
Investor Management:
- Act as a point of contact for investors, providing updates on fund performance and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to keep investors informed of developments in their investments.
Refinancing:
- Assist in refinancing initiatives for existing assets to optimize capital structure and reduce financing costs.
- Perform credit analysis and assess refinancing options to recommend the best strategies.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards related to fundraising and reporting.
- Prepare and submit necessary financial reports and documentation to regulatory bodies as required.
