Product Manager (Financial Services)

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of specific features and user

flows for our web and mobile platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of our

business objectives, the ability to translate these into actionable strategies, and the skill to

lead product development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership:

Take full ownership of web and mobile platform product features and user flows.

Understand detailed business/product requirements and translate them into clear,

actionable plans.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, including maintaining project timelines and

deliverables. Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure flawless

execution.

Strategic Insights & Analytics:

Leverage analytics to gain insights and iterate on the product to enhance customer-centricity. Act as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various internal teams, including

Sales, SEO, Marketing, Technology, and Design. Keep abreast of competitive benchmarks and international trends to stay ahead.

Monitor KPIs rigorously to provide detailed business and product insights.

Innovation & Development:

Independently execute critical projects like user research to understand customer

needs and responses.

Ideate and conceptualize new product features aimed at improving user experience

and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate seamless communication and project alignment between cross-functional

teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product Development.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in managing web and mobile web applications.

Proficient in project management tools and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.

Understanding of the latest web technologies and UI/UX best practices.

Demonstrated capability in end-to-end product management, from ideation through

launch and scaling.

Solid analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to make user-centric product

decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with and

lead cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinking with an innovative mindset to conceptualize new features.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the financial services

Industry.
