Graphic Designer (Remote)

We seek a highly skilled and eager-to-learn Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at InsuranceMarket.ae.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling both still and motion graphics, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity, creating modern, bright, and visually appealing designs that adhere to our brand guidelines, and bringing our beloved mascot Alfred to life in various creative avatars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Familiarity with other relevant tools and software used in graphic design.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles and elements. Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique, modern, and visually appealing concepts that align with our brand guidelines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Motion Graphics Expertise: Experience in creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics. Knowledge of animation principles and techniques. Ability to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video content.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including still and motion graphics. Evidence of creative thinking and problem-solving through design.
• Adaptability and Learning: Adapting to different design styles and project requirements. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to understand and interpret the marketing team's vision and requirements. Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale. Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges. A proactive approach to addressing potential issues in the design process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• at least 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other graphic design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of still and motion graphics projects.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
