Job Description
- Experience in instructional design, content development, and training and assessment strategies.
- Work alongside Client Team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to the development and execution phase.
- Work through different phases of learning design and development.
- Experience of working on ILTs, WBTs, (blended), and other learning interventions using effective instructional strategies.
- Have hands-on experience in requirement analysis, content analysis, content outline creation, creating measurable objectives, and storyboarding.
- Implement / develop learning solutions keeping in mind the stated business problem, learner profile, and the evaluation methodology.
- Experience in reviewing storyboards and developed courseware, based on the proposed design.
- Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines.
- Adept at project coordination and communication with the client as well as the cross-functional teams (Graphic Design and Programming).
- Knowledge of working on proposals and design notes would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience as an ID in Corporate Content Development
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills
- Effectively communicate in English good written, spoken and listening skills
- Good visualization skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
TOOLS:
- Mandatory - MS Office
- Knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate Suite, Adapt Learning is an added advantage.
