Key responsibilities:-
Leave Management
Payroll management
Database tracking and management
Employee Admin and payroll grievance management
Employee master data management
Accounts management
Full and final settlements
Experience, relieving, joining, appraisal and other administrative letters
Preparation of HR compliance documents
Preparation of HR templates
Preparation of HR policies and guidelines
Skills and requirements:-
Excellent communication and verbal skills.
Problem solving capabilities
Teamwork and collaboration.
Learning mindset.
Multitasking.
Knowledge of Microsoft office, emails, tally, meeting schedulings through calendar.
Proactiveness & continuous improvement.
Experience:-
Maximum 1 to 2 years experience in above skills.
Educational Qualifications:-
B.Com or equivalent or higher or any Graduate degree with relevant skillset.
Salary:-
Competitive, commensurate with experience.
