Job Description: Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

• Monday to Friday: 10 am to 7 pm
• Saturdays: Half-day, 10 am to 2 pm

 Education Qualification Required:

• Any graduate or post-graduate

 Experience Required:

• Digital Marketing Agency Experience: 4 to 5 years min. (only online marketing agencies)
• hands-on with paid ads, managing Rs. 10 lacs per client
• handled lead gen, equally important D2C brands
• Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Social media strategy should be equally strong
• Average in SEO is fine.
• hands-on marketing automation
• Managed a team of 5 to 10 - official repartees
• Should have managed 8 to 10 accounts simultaneously

Core Responsibilities and Skills:

Performance Marketing Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Proficient in media planning, forecasting KPIs, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing ₹10 lakh+ budgets per client with continuous optimization for better performance.

Lead Generation & Growth Hacking:

• Proven expertise in lead generation for B2B, D2C, and eCommerce brands.
• Familiar with growth hacking techniques to enhance organic reach, build social media presence, and increase conversions.
• Strong understanding of Google, Meta, and other advertising ecosystems.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and generate detailed reports.

Social Media Strategy & SEO:

• Strong command over social media marketing strategies for brand positioning and engagement.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles to complement digital campaigns.

Marketing Automation & AI Tools:

• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly, and AI-driven content creation (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.

Team & Client Management:

• Managed a team of 5 to 10 members, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.
• Experience handling 8 to 10 accounts simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proficient in team management tools like Asana and Notion for workflow efficiency.

Industry Expertise & Research:

• Experience working across EdTech, eCommerce, Real Estate, Financial Products, SaaS, Solar Power, and Manufacturing.
• Conducting competitor research and analysis for strategic planning.

HR Coordination & Recruitment Support:

• Collaborate with HR for hiring needs and assist in initial interviews and onboarding.
