Senior Project Manager - TPM/Kaizen/Management Systems - Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation :

- Design, implement, and oversee company-wide TPM and Kaizen initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.

- Develop and execute strategic business models, incorporating Kanban and other lean methodologies.

2. Process Optimization:

- Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.

- Conduct regular audits and gap analyses to maintain alignment with ISO standards.

3. Management Systems and Compliance:

- Establish and maintain robust Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protocols across all operations.

4. Leadership and Team Development:

- Mentor and guide teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

- Conduct training sessions on Kaizen principles, lean tools, and best practices.

5. Project Management Excellence:

- Lead large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.

- Monitor project performance using metrics, dashboards, and regular reporting.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote understanding and buy-in for initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in TPM, Kaizen, Management Systems, and related fields.

- Strong expertise in business modeling, Kanban methodologies, and process improvement.

- In-depth knowledge and implementation experience of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Preferred:

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
