Job Responsibilities:
. Engage with Marketing for continuous feedback to better digital presence and lead generation
• Ensure tracking and adherence of team's daily Input Metrics/KPIs
• Work with Sales ops to ensure improved top of the funnel generation and sales processes
• Design and improve the sales pitch with distinguished USPs
• Strategize to strengthen the funnel to retention
• Work with Product/CS teams to enhance client experience
. Initiatives to improve the overall acquisition journey
Requirement:
● Min 4yrs experience in Inside Sales including 1yr+ in team management
● Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and calling solutions
● Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights
● Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes for SME clients
Good to have:
● MBA or equivalent/ Tier-1 engineering college
● Experience with new age internet companies
